Production and delivery
Every T-shirt is printed after you order it, then sent straight to you by courier. You get an email with a tracking number when it leaves.

Free downloads have no delivery: the link arrives by email. If an order has not arrived within 30 days, write to us and we will either deliver it or refund you in full.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or in the wrong size or colour, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, ideally within 14 days. We replace it or refund it, and we pay all shipping. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.
Changing your mind: 14 days
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the item. You do not have to give a reason.
- Tell us within the 14 days: email [email protected] with your order number, or send the form below. A clear statement is enough.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to: Str. Georges Bizet 15, Sc.B, Ap.15, Sector 2, Bucharest. Do not send it to the printer.
- The cost of sending it back is yours, unless the item was faulty.
- We refund what you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until we have the item back, or proof that you sent it. The refund goes to the card you paid with.
You can try the item on as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
T-shirts are printed to order, but from our own designs, not to your personal specification, so the 14-day right applies to them in full.
