  • Demos

We listen to everything that follows the three rules below, and we answer everything we listen to. Nothing else gets opened.

    how to send

One or two finished tracks, as a private link

Private SoundCloud, Dropbox or Google Drive. No attachments — we do not open them, and a 200 MB mail bounces anyway.

    Three lines about you

Who you are, where you are based, anything you have released before and on whose label.

    Then wait

Chasing us moves you down the pile, not up it. Week four is when it is fair to ask.

    Send it here

Put your artist name in the subject line, after the word Demo. It is the only thing we sort by.

    what we sign

    Yes

    • Disco house, nu disco, future pop
    • Finished, mixed tracks — masters can wait
    • Vocals, in any language, including Romanian
    • Remixes of records already on the label, if you ask first
    • First releases. Half the roster started here

    No

    • Sketches, loops, eight-bar ideas
    • Techno, drum and bass, trance, mainstage
    • Tracks already signed, or already out somewhere
    • Anything built on an uncleared sample
    • Mass mails with twenty labels in the To field

    what happens next

    Day one

An automatic note confirming it arrived. That is a robot, not us.

    Weeks one to three

One of us listens. Both of us listen if the first one likes it.

    By week four

A yes, a no, or a not-yet with a reason. Everyone gets one of the three.

    questions we get

Do you give feedback if it is a no?

A line or two, usually. Not a full breakdown — we are two people with day jobs.

Can I send again after a no?

Yes, with different tracks. Not with the same ones remastered.

How long until it is out if you say yes?

Three to five months. Distribution and Beatport scheduling eat most of that.

    I want a gig, not a release.

That is a different address: [email protected]
